Designed in 2008, the Vegetal Chair reflects Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec’s research into organic branching structures. Built around a lattice of curved ribs, the chair required extensive CAD experimentation to make the botanical form functional and stackable. This One-Sixth miniature interprets the complex shell structure at reduced scale. The STL file is provided as part of the One-Sixth daily series and is free to download.
